The hotel with his 75 rooms was an ideal location for our family trip. Expedia didn’t write on his website that they had sister hotels (3) that people could come on the beach so some days it was quit full. The rooms were very good. But the best part of our trip was the beach and the staff. Most of them were super friendly and knew us after only a day or so. They all fell in love with our two year old granddaughter! We had a great time and are considering coming back next year.

Just spent a week at the resort with our 9 year old. The property is beautiful and very organized. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. There were always good food options available whether it was one of the restaurants or at the buffet. Would highly recommend to other families.

This is my 3 rd time choosing bay garden and it’s a lovely place on a budget quick trip. They have started renovation and upgraded the lobby which is very beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the gym offering and my room housekeeping but the staff and food were top tier as usual.
